Like you, we love our coffee. That's why we want the best & why we went a long long way away to get our beans.

The quality, consistency, taste, aroma and freshness of our beans is largely due to our sourcing them from RFA certified coffee plantations.

The Villa and Hut blend is consistently exceptional, a highly roasted blend of 100% washed Arabica beans. It is a perfectly balanced blend of the boldest Arabica beans from Central and South America, which ensures a light bodied and nutty flavour with overtones of chocolate.

Due to South America's distinct dry and wet seasons, the flowering and cherry maturation is consistent. This allows the coffee to be harvested via the strip picking method and/or mechanically. Although under-ripe and overripe cherries are also harvested, careful processing will easily remove these coffee cherries. In our experience, we have found South America to have one of the most advanced and well maintained processing systems in the industry.

In other words our coffee is really, really, really good!
